    As part of the Marketing & Growth Team, the marketing and content coordinator acts as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through all digital and community touch-points.

    THE ROLE

    The Content & Marketing Coordinator role sits within the the Marketing & Growth Team. The team focus on acquiring and nurturing AI & Analytics Engine customers and building growth loops.

    The Content & Marketing Coordinator role acts as a generalist support across the development of content, sales collateral, events and management of social media.

    T his role is perfect for an innovative individual who is excited by developing thought-provoking and value-driven content and is starting out their career.

    As a Content & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

    • Develop compelling copy, video and visuals for various channels in alignment with marketing strategy
    • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
    • Manage the content calendar and content stakeholders
    • Manage social accounts including mentions, engagement, opportunity identification and metrics
    • Support the sales team with development of collateral, like brochures
    • Build and manage the user community (email, chat, slack)
    • Develop and host monthly webinars with the data science team
    • Research ideal industry events and work with sales closely on booths/collateral etc.
    • Partner with Influencers to deliver high ROI influencer campaigns
    • Develop press opportunities
    • Work closely with sales to drive lead generation or conversion-focused content

    Help track marketing programs and monitor and analyze performance

    ABOUT YOU

    You understand marketing and the role that digital, content, social media and community play. Ideally, you have an interest in data, technology, and AI. Experience at a tech start-up or in a SaaS company will be well regarded.

    KEY SKILLS

    • Capable marketer with 1-2 years experience
    • Tertiary qualification well regarded (Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent)
    • A solid understanding of B2B marketing principles
    • Commercially astute with experience leading digital campaigns, managing stakeholders and overseeing digital creative
    • Self-motivated, respectful, resilient, agile and not phased when the landscape shifts
    • Creative, proactive and an ability to work autonomously
    • Some visual design and video editing ability
    • Consumer and data insights led, exposure to marketing analytics to identify trends and opportunities
    • Experience in or inclination toward technology (extra points for anything related to data science and machine learning)
    • A balance of strong attention to detail and getting things done on time
