    How can you inspire innovation at Nuseed?

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Excellence Specialist (CES) to spearhead the adoption, administration, and effective usage of the Salesforce platform across Australia. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the Salesforce experience for our field teams (Sales and Market Development) and Customer Service team, ensuring they are well-supported and proficient in utilizing the platform to achieve their goals.

    What will you be doing?

  • Lead the adoption of Salesforce within the organization, including delivering comprehensive training and personalized support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Australian-based Salesforce users seeking support or wishing to escalate issues.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and optimization of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Drive the analysis of Salesforce data, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to translate insights into actionable strategies for market prioritization and campaign optimization.
  • Support the sales and market development teams with CRM-based tools for account planning, management, and territory plan management.
  • Identify, document, and escalate bugs and enhancement opportunities to the global team, participating in global prioritization discussions.
  • Co-lead pilot implementations of new Salesforce functionalities or enhancements, ensuring successful, timely, and budget-compliant execution.

    • What do you bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience in the agriculture sector would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Netsuite, SMP.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, capable of supporting users of varying technical abilities.
