- Collaborate with R&D and Colour Lab for high-quality product delivery.
- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems, and tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Create and communicate product roadmap aligning with objectives.
- Conducting thorough research on existing and emerging products within the paint and coatings industry.
- Support marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in successful product launches and address technical concerns.
- Utilize data insights to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage stock and recommend strategies for sales.
- Adhoc Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in product management or marketing, preferably within the industrial products sector.
- Demontstrated ability to tranfer technical knowledge.
- Creative and posses a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience in Labelling and graphic design is an advantage.
- Ability to transfer technical knowledge effectively.
- Track record in successful marketing strategies and executions.
- Collaborative mindset and industry awareness.
- Has good PC skills in general office programmes, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Pronto Open for both part time or full time positions.
