FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading multinational in the Pharmaceutical industry.
They are looking for a Product Specialist to strengthen their Scientific Communication & Training Department.
The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing select dermatology clinic accounts.
The main missions are to improve the knowledge of the products, to ensure their proper use, and to contribute to the growth of sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Specialist, you will maintain positive business relationships with target groups of dermatologists and key pharmacists to maintain the brand's position as a leader in the Australian Healthcare industry.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to drive sales within external banner groups, achieve company objectives, execute events, and maintain strong working relationships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct remote service call frequency to select Clinics, Doctors and Nurses;
- Promote and provide highquality information on products to healthcare providers in line with Australian standards;
- Build rapport and loyalty for the dermocosmetic ranges by following, maintaining and expanding the assigned clinic account list;
- Conduct facetoface training 45 days per month at identified clinics or stores within QLD, VIC or NSW;
- Participate in product training, webinars;
- Promote large training events, webinars and elearning portal;
- Participate in conferences, congresses or seminars, when required to promote the Company's image and products at external events for example: APP, ASM, ADNA etc ;
- Complete daytoday administration duties.
ABOUT YOU:
- Life Science Degree or Cert IV Qualification in Training & Assessment or two or more years of medical sales, detailing HCP and/or training in a comparable role is highly regarded;
- Passionate about delivering training and educating clients/medical professionals;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Strong team player, but also able to work autonomously;
- Australian driver's licence;
- Willing to travel.
