Your Opportunity
Due to secondment, we are looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join B.Braun and promote our range of Pain and Anaesthesia products in our NSW North Territory on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will partner with public and private hospitals and day surgeries to drive sales growth and market share, well supported by our experienced and dedicated Pain and Anaesthesia team.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health to promote our Pain and Anaesthesia portfolio in Northern New South Wales
- Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
- Prioritising implementations, inservices and sales calls
- Working effectively with our Clinical Education and Marketing teams to provide superior customer service
- Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
About You
Ideally, your background will include:
-
Strong track record of sales achievements in surgical devices or pharmaceuticals, ideally in pain and anaesthesia, across private and public hospitals:
- Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship based sales approach
- Strong team orientation and a desire to learn
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Excellent communication, time management and a high attention to detail
