The opportunity
This role involves continuing the significant sales development of our Theatre Equipment and Infection Prevention business.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our extensive range Theatre Equipment and Infection Prevention capital and consumable equipment to the healthcare market throughout Metro/Regional NSW.

The successful applicant will:

  • Must have the ability and desire to call into different departments of a hospital with attention to detail around a broad range of product.
  • Effectively run a sales territory.
  • Relationship skill and business acumen.
  • The ability to account manage, launch new product and existing products into the theatre and infection prevention space is a must.
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks, reporting of pipelines and sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI's.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences.

Experience required:


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales in the medical/healthcare field
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPI's through a high standard of sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate sales success in a competitive environment.
  • Proven skills in capital equipment sales and account management.
  • Work collaboratively within a strong team environment
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Be able and prepared to travel as the role requires.
