We are seeking a qualified applicant for the role of Swimming Coach to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The Swimming Coach must possess a deep understanding of swimming techniques, coaching abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

The Role

Work closely with all the swimming coaches to plan and deliver high quality training programs for swimmers of all abilities.
Strong supervision skills for the LN Swimming program and Aquatic Centre.
Attend various carnivals and events as required.
Portray a genuine love of coaching and the ability to develop, strengthen and improve all swimmers to reach their full potential.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Must hold a minimum of SCTA Foundation Coach or Development/Bronze Licence Coach swimming qualification.
Must have a First Aid Certificate, CPR/Resuscitation Certificate and Royal Life Saving – Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
Reliable and punctual and able to be flexible with hours as necessary.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team, as well as being self-motivated.
