Based in Melbourne's World Trade Centre and as part of Thales' Aerospace Mobility Solutions business (AMS) our OneSky Program team is excited to be seeking our next team member.


The OneSKY Program is the most complex transformation of air traffic management in Australian aviation history, delivering over $1.2 billion of economic benefits to airspace users.

This high-profile project has the world watching in excited anticipation to see its success.


In this innovative environment and with a customer-centric approach, you will be supporting the Program Director, OneSKY and the OneSKY Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by providing a range of executive level administrative and organisational support.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for the Program Director with internal and external stakeholders
  • In an autonomous environment, manage expectations and daily workflow alongside other administration tasks and needs
  • Organise, support and coordinate meetings, events, offsite events and VIP visits
  • Manage complex travel itineraries and visas where necessary
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations, documents, briefing papers, meeting minutes and proof reading
  • Collate information, produce and cascade reports
  • Raise purchase orders, requisitions and expense claims as appropriate
  • Lead team engagement initiatives within the Program, including arranging team events and activities
  • Continuously seek opportunities to embrace technologies which improve ways of working and that drive efficiencies in the day to day activities

Requirements:


  • Relevant tertiary education and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Must have significant experience supporting at Csuite level
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Sound knowledge and savviness around common meeting room technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • High energy, flexible, driven to innovate, and a team player
  • Good sense of Humour
