**About the role

At our Maintenance Facility in Eagle Farm, we support our key products which include the Bushmaster and Hawkei through continual through-life support projects.

These projects include survivability enhancement kits, engineering support services and general maintenance services.


With an unrivalled passion for what we do, our support operations are pivotal to the ongoing success of both our Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling servicing and maintenance activities in support of Bushmaster assets, both within our Service Centre facilities and at Forward Repair Service Sites
  • Supporting the Maintenance Planning Lead in the coordination of work activities, focusing on improvements to quality and continuous improvement activity
  • Regularly reporting on key data, providing commentary and monitoring variances to provide proactive insights in relation to overall planning and scheduling tasks
  • Generating creative work solutions and troubleshooting potential issues that may impact broader business operations
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships

How about you?

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or trade background and/or demonstrated experience in a similar planning/scheduling role, ideally within a similar organisation/environment
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling ideally coupled with a demonstrated knowledge of Defence repair and support processes and practices
  • Welldeveloped Microsoft Excel skills, and working knowledge of MS Project an advantage
  • Those with previous experience in the use of MILIS will be viewed favourably
