This position, which is based at Park Ridge, will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the centre run smoothly.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provision of first class service to retailers
- Creating the marketing plan and implementing the strategy for the repositioning of the asset
- Administration and financial management including: monthly reports, arrears, budgets, forecasting, cap exp and managing the expenditure budget.
- Contractor management; organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works
- Leasing renewals and expiries
Qualifications:
In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- 3-5 years' previous experience in a management/administration position within the retail management industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Welldeveloped problem solving skills
- A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Current Real Estate Certificate
