We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to join our fast growing Retail Real Estate Management team.

This position, which is based at Park Ridge, will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the centre run smoothly.


Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Provision of first class service to retailers
  • Creating the marketing plan and implementing the strategy for the repositioning of the asset
  • Administration and financial management including: monthly reports, arrears, budgets, forecasting, cap exp and managing the expenditure budget.
  • Contractor management; organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works
  • Leasing renewals and expiries

Qualifications:

In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • 3-5 years' previous experience in a management/administration position within the retail management industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Welldeveloped problem solving skills
  • A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Current Real Estate Certificate
