Job Description:

In your role as Workplace Concierge, you will form part of our Workplace Management Services team. Our team specialises in a unique service delivery for our client partner. From client facing service points to workplace administration and management; we are experts in first class customer experiences.

As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for:

  • Administration, operation, and management of the workplace
  • Basic Audio Visual and IT support
  • Meeting room management and setup
  • Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained and utilised to a Day 1 standard
  • Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
  • Assisting employees with daytoday enquiries
  • Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace.
  • Assisting new employees into the workplace
  • Warmly welcoming visitors, and providing secure building access
  • Maintaining immaculate presentation of lobby, reception and workplace areas
This role sees you delivering our exceptional services across our Adelaide locations including Adelaide CBD, Bedford Park, and Lockleys.

Qualifications:


  • Experience working in office administration or a premium service environment including hotels or airlines
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Genuine respect for others that shows in every interaction with clients, employees and contractors
  • Diligent with following processes
  • Committed to closingtheloop on requests
  • Confident in responding to a range of enquiries or complaints
  • Exceptional work ethic, energy and a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal grooming
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Availability between 7am7pm for a fulltime rotating roster. (General operating hours are between 7.30am 4pm most days)
