This is an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and be part of a diverse workforce.

Based on site with our client in Fortitude Valley, you will be responsible for all facets of the property management service delivery and the financial performance of a mixed industrial and commercial office portfolio.


Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients
  • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiate new leasing deals
  • Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
