The Role

MACA Interquip is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator for a full-time position in West Perth, working Monday to Friday.

design and construction of mineral processing, hydrometallurgical facilities for clients across Australia.

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute mobilisation plans.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project mobilisation schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential logistical issues.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process through arranging pre-employment medicals, training and induction requirements in a sequential order that is cost
effective and best suited to the business and the employee/candidate.
Ensure all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site specifications, renaming and storing information securely in the SAP employee files.
Schedule all travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process.
Ensure all relevant stake holders are updated with candidate progress and commencement dates.
Order and track PPE for new employees where required.
Assisting with Site administration duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in project mobilisation, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Experience in the mobilisation of blue-collar roles (desirable).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
