Description

Joining our Perth based Talent Acquisition team, as the Mobilisation Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective mobilisation, onboarding, administration and recruitment support to ensure that every new employee has a seamless transition into their role at Civeo.


About the role:


  • Coordinate the onboarding process for Civeo staff across all our sites across Western Australia and South Australia
  • Request and coordinate preemployment documentation, including work rights, qualifications, licenses, medical checks and police clearance checks, and site inductions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards and legislation.
  • Order uniforms for new starters and follow up on paperwork as required.
  • Coordinate issuance of employment contracts and variations.
  • Liaise directly with Civeo sites to make sure site compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate flights for employees once onboarding is completed

About you:


As a key point of contact, your excellent communication skills and customer focus will set the tone for the employee experience at Civeo.

Your strong administration skills and dedication to delivering results to meet tight-deadlines will be critical in this fast paced role.


You will also have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including word, excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAMS, INX, Online Induction portals (desirable).
  • Certificate level qualification in Business, Administration, HR, or related field (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a fast paced administration or mobilisation role
  • Have the ability to work well in a team environment, meeting deadlines and assisting others
  • Be confident in establishing good relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Be committed to delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Handle pressure and setbacks effectively, maintaining focus and accountability.
