Supported by a highly motivated and experienced team, our Heavy Lift division provides services and support to all project types, from single complex lift to a full multi-crane package.
Play an integral role in the onboarding, mobilisation, and roster coordinator of personnel for our Heavy Lift team as
Mobilisation Coordinator. This role is working in a close-knit team based in our Victoria Park head office.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the heavy lift operations and your team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employee
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver appropriate staffing levels within a dynamic environment
- Rescheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational team
- Working with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround timeframe
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence
- Reporting to effectively manage compliance
Experience:
- Rostering/crewing, recruitment, or site administration role within the resources sector
- Talent pool suitable employees for tradebased opportunities within a shutdown environment
- Time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to demonstrate welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problemsolving ability and a team focused mentality
