About the Role-
PPS are sourcing an additional Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team in our Perth based office.

As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient mobilisation of resources. With your expertise, you will coordinate all aspects of mobilisation across various sites, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly.

Successful Applicants must have-

Minimum of 2 3 years' experience in a similar role (RTIO exp preferable)
Experience using software such as ERMS, Success Factors, and INX.
Supporting the team with onboarding of new personnel, saving documentation, setting up profiles, sending out inductions, following up and uploading into portals
Providing regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new staff
An understanding of competency and qualifications
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

Current Drivers Licence

Preferable
Ability to pass preemployment medical and D&A screen
