    Who we're looking for:

    To play a major role in the success of the business by ensuring that new growth opportunities are efficiently managed and maximised.

    The Sales Support and Implementation Manager is required to ensure timely management of the transition and implementation process, assist in building customer relationships into a true partnership arrangement as well as being the first point of contact for all customer setup, prospecting, quotations through to orders and customer signup with the Business Development team.

    Sales Support Responsibilities –

    • Support the Director of Customer Partnerships, BDM and SME Teams in the execution of the strategic plan to generate growth and win business.
    • Support reporting requirements for BDM and SME teams including budget vs actual sales data
    • Co-ordinate the Salesforce Input to ensure data and reports are up to date and verified.
    • Research industry data and provide market insights to support prospect penetration. E.g. Vehicle fit for purpose reporting
    • Management of vehicle quoting through to ordering process with BDM team.
    • Support the team in continuous business improvement to better streamline and automate process as required.
    • Manage Sales Support Co-ordinator as a direct report
    • Manage and update Sales Toolkits as processes and systems change

    Implementation Responsibilities -

    • Assist BDMs with document preparation, validation, activation and storage for prospect customers.
    • Create Customised Service Packages (CSPs) where required with relevant approvals.
    • Regular data management of customer contacts within Salesforce and Drive.
    • Assist BDM team with customer on-boarding and implementation alongside the Relationship Management team.
    • Monitor daily Sales reporting to ensure systems are updated with relevant account owners. Also monitor Account Management reporting on a monthly basis to identify accounts that need to be handed over.
    • Assist and manage ad-hoc projects required by Director – Customer Partnerships.
    • Other duties as required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years in a Sales and/or Account Implementation role
    • Experience in the fleet industry not required but desirable.
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Demonstrable reporting, plan implementation and telephone-based skills.
    • A proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships.
    • Ability to work well within a team environment.
    • Previous experience working in high pressure, fast paced commercial environments.
    • Completed tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as management, sales and marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications desirable
