About the role


Reporting to the Senior Subscriptions Marketing Manager, the Magshop implementation manager role is responsible for effective management and development of Are Media subscription & product clients, new business pipelines, and the implementation of marketing campaigns to support client requirements.

This includes the ownership and proactive activities; account management, business development, budget management, stakeholder management, reporting, marketing campaign management.


Duties

  • Implementation and execution of Magshop marketing campaigns including B2B marketing tactics.
  • Account Management & engagement
  • Develop and drive strategy, manage and maintain relationships with our key clients.
  • Publisher and Business Development
  • Understanding clients' needs and their challenges to offer strategic marketing solutions & collaborative business opportunity for both onboarding and maintenance of brands.
  • Financial Management of budget including tracking and forecasting sales revenue and providing relevant stakeholder reporting.

Skills and experience
-
2 years+ experience in Account management and marketing implementation

Strategy
  • Has a strong strategic mindset in all areas of account management and new business development

Sales

  • Must demonstrated record of achievement within sales. Prior experience managing company and functional budgets, business plans.

Technical: Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) with experience in Google Analytics and basic financial reporting.

Commercial Acumen: Commercially focused to leverage existing products, platforms and business solutions to drive new revenue opportunities for bottom-line profitability.

Relationship building: relate well to all kinds of people, builds constructive and effective relationships to achieve objectives, uses diplomacy and tact and can navigate high tension situations.

Open communication: engages in active, open and productive dialogue, absorbs information and acts accordingly. Is proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas. Exceptional written & verbal skills and stakeholder management.

Decision making/judgement: makes timely and effective fact-based decision, and facilitates others in doing so.

Negotiation: able to negotiate skilfully to achieve a favourable or successful outcome.

Presentation: able to write business proposals and present them.
