What will you be doing in this role:

Supporting two busy agents with all of the administration and client care so that they can focus on listing and selling.

This three day per week role will manage the behind-the-scenes administration and marketing tasks for multiple sales campaigns

  • Prepare agency agreements and appraisals packs
  • Order contracts and manage sales compliance
  • Book marketing and send properties live to the market
  • Prepare open home and auction packs
  • Organize photographers, styling and property maintenance works
  • Manage agents diary and confirm meetings
  • Manage all sales paper work from exchange to settlement
  • Prepare settlement gifts
  • Manage the database and all client communication
  • Liaison with Vendors, trades, solicitors, and council
  • A current certificate of registration
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Valid NSW drives licence and reliable car
  • Immaculate presentation
  • A passion for real estate and a love for administration
  • 12+ months real estate experience in a similar role
  • Confident communicator and great on the phone
