The role:

Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will work closely with all hotel operational teams to deliver high standards of customer service and quality control for events
Review and set the customer service standards, ensuring that the hotel is consistently exceeding guest expectations
Handson approach in the daytoday operations of all departments, including Rooms, F&B delivery and Events
Support, manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment whilst managing talent pipeline development
Possess prior strong hotel experience, or in a similar senior F&B role, duty manager or front office manager
Motivated, calm and confident, with the ability to work autonomously
Proven ability in leading teams, effective delegation of duties and contribution to creating a positive workplace culture
Flexible to work across a handson 7day roster
Experience working closely with events clients
Strong people management skills

Salary & benefits:

- $80-$90K plus super
