    Description

    We now have an opportunity for a Project Engineer with commercial construction experience. Our client is a leading national construction company looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join their team. They have projects on site worth more than $200m with more on the horizon.

    The ideal candidate:
    Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction.

    • Previous experience working as a Construction Project Engineer
    • Previously delivered construction projects across WA.
    • Have sound knowledge of Quality Control legislation.
    • Exceptional time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.

    In your new position, you would receive daily mentoring from the General Manager of construction, who will be with you every step of the way during your progression into the business. Your would be working across a couple of projects supporting the delivery teams with engineering and quality control.

    Your responsibilities may include:

    • Manage the procurement and administration of each project.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders.
    • Quality Audits
    • Preparation of reports and relevant documentation as required.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support the delivery of construction projects.
    • Monitor progress of projects to ensure that performance indicators are met.
