Join Macquarie Asset Management as an Executive Assistant in the Fixed Income business of the Credit division where you will be responsible for a range of executive support.

This is a 9-month contract.

What role will you play?
As an Executive Assistant you will support a group of directors and their wider team.

You will liaise with key stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and events and assist in determining priority of matters of attention while maintaining privilege and confidentiality.


What you offer

  • 35 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and the ability to, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
