Our Commercial Advisory and Transactions team provides commercial, financial, transaction management and strategic advice to clients for their major infrastructure projects. Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle, and we thrive on this complexity.

**Consultant to Associate Director
**Forming part of our

Commercial Advisory & Transaction team in

Sydney which is growing and has a range of opportunities from Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager and Associate Director.


You will work with private and government clients across a wide range of projects from complex infrastructure business case development, large scale procurement, transforming public transport needs and supporting local and national energy transition needs, as well as many other diverse client needs.

You will have opportunities to contribute across the infrastructure, assets and places spectrum by:

  • Supporting large scale projects from business case development through to contract award and beyond;
  • Working in a client facing role, bringing unique solutions, strategic advice and managing deliverables and targets;
  • Partnering with clients in major transport, health, education, energy, real estate and resources sectors projects.
**How are you extraordinary?

  • You have a passion for delivering strategic, financial, transactional, or commercial advice in respect to major infrastructure projects, complex service procurement, strategy and/or transaction advisory.
  • An interest in the use of information, data analytics, and technology to improve the way in which infrastructure projects are planned, procured, delivered, and managed.
  • You are comfortable and well known for providing strategic, procurement, commercial, and financial advice to clients.
  • You have proven experience developing business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:


  • You have recent professional experience likely gained in chartered accounting firms, law firms, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, investment banking, project finance teams, infrastructure funds, construction firms or within commercial or infrastructure teams in Government.
  • You bring strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or similar fields.
  • Experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
  • The ability to develop and provide financial analysis and modelling.
  • Ability to balance and prioritise tasks, and work with a high performing, energetic and resultsbased team.
