**The People & Inclusion Mergers and Acquisitions Leadis a senior business partner, responsible for partnering with business leaders, People & Inclusion Business Partners and the Integration Director. This role will be responsible for developing the change and integration people strategy.

**Your Opportunity

  • Establish standard approach for acquisitions, across workforce planning, org design, engagement and culture, onboarding, retention, and remuneration
  • Support our leaders and teams of acquired business to be set up for success, execute the career progression strategy for the combined businesses, and conduct engagement and assessments
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues across People & Inclusion and wider KPMG staff

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • 58 years of HR is experience is desirable but not required
  • Have previous experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Work effectively in cross functional teams bringing your HR expertise to a variety of business challenges
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively, enabling career progression for highpotential people by assisting them grow and develop, fostering innovation
  • Experience working in the HR and deal's environment, or on large business transformations
  • Post transaction responsibilities, include ensuring the incoming leaders are set up for success, the execution of the career progression strategy for the combined businesses, along with conducting regular pulse checks with the business
