The Role:

Effectively lead and manage a large volume store to achieve sales, profit growth, customer service and expense management goals in accordance with the company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully lead, coach, drive and inspire diverse store teams.
Create a store environment that demonstrates passion for product, sports and services.
Proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, training and development and career planning.
Accountable for providing leadership on the sales floor by monitoring the team's execution of customer service principles.
Achieve target store and budgeted financial objectives and store inventory targets.
Lead, adhere and oversee maintenance of store standards, procedures and operational excellence.
Ensure the right product is in the right place and at the right time to meet the demands of the consumer.
Train and execute premium brand presentation.
Ensure the execution of visual presentation and standards including markdown execution/transfer of product.
Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager.

Ideally You Will Have:

Minimum 2 year supervisory/lead experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a large fast pace store.
Extensive experience leading the delivery of a high level of customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft office products.
Able to communicate proficiently in English.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
