About the opportunity
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and assisting and collaborating with the Head Chef in all kitchen areas. You will supervise the shift operations and ensure meals are served at an exceptional standard.
You will assist with maximising revenue opportunities and support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management, food preparation and people leadership.
