The Role of Assistant Night Manager
- Assist the Night Manager with the night audit process
- Ensure the hotel is operating efficiently and according to hotel policy
- Carry out a complete handover to the next team on shift
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to our guests
- Handle customer complaints appropriately, ensuring follow up to determine the source and resolution of the complaint.
Setting you up for Success
- Prior experience in Front Office or similar role is advantageous
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Positive attitude to training and developing your customer service skills
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
