The Role of Assistant Night Manager

  • Assist the Night Manager with the night audit process
  • Ensure the hotel is operating efficiently and according to hotel policy
  • Carry out a complete handover to the next team on shift
  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to our guests
  • Handle customer complaints appropriately, ensuring follow up to determine the source and resolution of the complaint.

Setting you up for Success

  • Prior experience in Front Office or similar role is advantageous
  • Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Positive attitude to training and developing your customer service skills
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
