THE ROLE

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests upon arrival;
You will be a part of an authentically guestcentric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job;
The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a wholehotel approach;
Ensure strict procedures are followed in regards to guest transportation, luggage collection and storage, and guest confidentiality and;
Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates and general hotel information.

THE CRITERIA

Prior Concierge experience is essential due to the preopening nature of the role.
Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
Accor experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
