Our client provides industry leading cleaning services across Australia, and now seeks an experienced National Operations Manager.

Main responsibilties will include;

  • Manage Client-Company relationships.
  • Manage allocated cost areas associated with the National Accounts Manager role to meet budget expectations.
  • Ensure that all machinery and equipment are being maintained to the standard as specified by the company.
  • Ensure that all sites are consistently meeting cleaning standards and KPIs
  • Ensure consistent service delivery at a high standard across all sites
  • Manage Corporate card expenses in line with company policy and budget for all personnel
  • Manage Travel and accommodation costs in line with company policy and budget for all personnel
A main focus will be to ensure ongoing retention of contracts
