This dealership is one of Victoria's most established and leading Toyota dealerships and is looking for an experienced automotive professional to work within it's fleet department in the role of Fleet Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator.


The role of Fleet Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator involves:

  • Assisting in managing the high demand of vehicle sales and deliveries whilst delivering high levels of service.
  • Being a vital part of the team and be responsible in assisting and delivering in aspects of the new vehicle administration and delivery process from arrival of the vehicle to delivery to the customer.
  • Being a team player assisting the Fleet Manager and Sales Team in all aspects of the business and the departments daily operations.
  • Liaising with our Fleet Customers, Suppliers and Internal Departments
  • Supporting the sales team to continue managing our customers and developing our business relationships.
  • Delivery and hand over of vehicles to customers
  • Registering of New vehicles on the Vic Roads system
  • Reporting of sales to the manufacturer


Ideally you will have experience in a fast-paced fleet or dealership environment and this role will suit someone with dealership administration experience or someone seeking a change from the Sales, Stock Control or Service departments within a dealership.

  • Planning, Scheduling and Coordination skills are a must
  • Be Process Driven
  • Ability to work within and meet the sales teams and client's requirements within specified time frames
  • Multi task and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Problem solves under pressure
  • Handle Pressure in a fastpaced team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills are necessary to this role and experience in dealership software and programs is desirable.
