The primary responsibilities of this role will be providing an outstanding pre-delivery customer experience, supporting two Customer Care Managers with administration duties, including but not limited to preparing customer's warranty paperwork, keeping logs up to date, and ensuring customer's vehicles are booked in for Car Care to be fitted.
We are looking for a proactive team player to join our existing highly energetic and successful sales team. You should be comfortable building rapport with internal and external customers. You will be supported by two experienced Customer Care Managers
The role requires an organised person with attention to detail and the ability to take direction and who wants to learn.
This role can be Part Time - 4-day a week or Full-Time 5-day-a-week role, with availability on Saturdays being essential.
