- Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products; maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Support surgical procedures on a range of products on an 'as required' basis.
- Handle the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
- Improve operating efficiencies including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
- Ensure the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.
- Provide support in the capacity of a Territory Manager if required
- Prior orthopaedics theatre nursing experience
- Proven experience in a similar clinical support role in surgical devices, ideally in orthopaedics
- Physiotherapy background may also be considered
Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures. - Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system
- Extensive understanding of orthopaedic products and industry - technical terminology and clinical knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
