    This renowned and highly regarded Australian retail and luxury consumer goods business has a stable of well regarded and sophisticated brands. Having experienced enormous success in Australia, they have continued this trend with international expansion across multiple countries. Offering a fast paced, high performance culture with a focus on growth, they truly value all their people.

    Strong business growth, both domestically and internationally, has led to the creation of a commercially focused Finance Director role that will work very closely with (and report to) a dynamic and engaging CFO. You will have a variety of responsibilities including:

    • Monthly management reporting
    • Financial and commercial analysis
    • Budgeting/forecasting
    • Long term strategic planning
    • Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary
    • Building financial models
    • Business partnering with both financial and non financial stakeholders
    • Assistance with Board reporting and preparing quarterly board packs
    • Ad hoc projects and process improvements

    To be considered for this high impact leadership role, you will be CA/CPA qualified (with at least 10 years PQE) and have a proven track record of working within the retail or consumer products sector. You will also have outstanding communication and business partnering skills and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.
