  • Lead the Planning, Analysis and Commercial Sales Finance function
  • 2ic to the Finance Director with mandate for business partnering
  • Sydney based, $210k $240k + Super + Bonus


This is a superb opportunity to join a multi-billion dollar FMCG giant that manages an iconic portfolio of brands which touch our lives on a daily basis.

As 2ic to the CFO, you will lead the commercial finance, planning and analysis and data analytics teams for this sales and marketing centric region.


You will provide insightful analysis to the ELT on overall financial performance with recommended course of action and business direction.

Through the leadership of your respective teams you will be responsible for quarterly forecasts, gross margin variance analysis, budgeting and management commentary to the local and APAC leadership teams.

This role will be pivotal in the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) monthly forecasting cycle with business review presentations.

You will support the Sales Director in all commercial decision making which will include all aspects of pricing, gross margin, revenue and promotional effectiveness.

Your ability to work and collaborate cross functionally is critical to the success of this role with previous demonstrated experience of supporting production and supply chain a considerable advantage.


To be considered for this highly rewarding role, you will be Degree Qualified and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience across FP&A and commercial Sales Finance management, preferably in an FMCG or Consumer Products/ Retail environment.

This role demands commercial acumen and the ability to understand business drivers through a variety of analytical tools and sources.

You will be able to demonstrate taking teams on a journey of growth and business alignment.
