Accounting/ Finance/ Tax Director-Japanese-Speaker Accounting/ Finance/ Tax Director-Japanese-Speaker Sydney CBDvisa support is available for someone suitable200 K plus 〜Overview This is a great opportunity for you to be involved in all tax aspects of the company, especially if you have knowledge of property-related taxes, which would be highly advantageous.

You will serve as the main point of contact for tax advisors, including those from Big 4 firms, to request reports and conduct reviews.

Tax DD on property investment development, and tax lodgement Instruction to tax advisors (big 4), review of the output Communication/ Q&A between the JV partners Management of other Accounting/ Finance tasks Output review of accounting staff and admin expat Reporting/ submission to Tokyo HQ+ Admin Deputy General Manager Management of the team of three GA/ secretary, Accounting, Admin expat Daily review, performance review schedule management Report line Admin Deputy General Manager and Managing Director Scope of work・ Tax 1:Corporate Tax (Thin Cap, Hybrid Mismatch, Transfer Pricing)

IAS/BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax・ Tax 2:
Property investment/ development (NSW, VIC, QLD)

Stamp duty, Land tax (Foreign Surcharge)Income tax, Capital gain tax Others (GST, Investment structure)・ Accounting, finance:
