Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives
Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Manage the treasury function, including cash management, liquidity management, and investment management
Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, lenders, and other financial institutions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Manage the financial aspects of fundraising and investor relations
Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and the board of directors
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA would be a plus.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury management, preferably in the real estate and infrastructure funds management industry
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of finance professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
Ability to think strategically and provide sound financial advice to the executive team and board of directors
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
