Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Manage the treasury function, including cash management, liquidity management, and investment management
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, lenders, and other financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage the financial aspects of fundraising and investor relations
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and the board of directors
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA would be a plus.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury management, preferably in the real estate and infrastructure funds management industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of finance professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Ability to think strategically and provide sound financial advice to the executive team and board of directors
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
