Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives
  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Manage the treasury function, including cash management, liquidity management, and investment management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, lenders, and other financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage the financial aspects of fundraising and investor relations
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and the board of directors
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA would be a plus.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury management, preferably in the real estate and infrastructure funds management industry
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of finance professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Ability to think strategically and provide sound financial advice to the executive team and board of directors
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
