    About the role

    Commencing immediately, this role sees you working within a small group supporting our Pre-Pack team to maximise efficiency within the packing process.

    This role will see you become a pivotal part of the greater team and up to 20 team mates will rely on you to support them.

    You will be required to move boxes of varying weights regularly so a good level of physical fitness is required, and all PPE will be provided.

    You will be required to sort mushrooms according to size, scan and weigh mushrooms, operating machinery and working in a cold room. We offer full training and support and for the right candidates the opportunity to progress your career and learn new skills.

    The potential candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends. We operate for 7 days per week and are offering 5 days continuous work.

    A Forklift Licence isn't a necessity but is highly regarded.

    Full training in a supportive environment is provided to all new candidates along with weekly pay.

    Skills and experience

    You must be physically capable of repetitive lifting. We are looking for people who are team players and are focused on maintaining a culture of safety for yourself and others. To be considered for the role, please ensure you can prove the following:

    • Able to work morning or afternoon shift
    • Reliability and honesty are well regarded
    • Able to work the weekends
    • Able to follow directions
    • Able to work at pace - accurately
    • Able to operate a production line
    • Able to work in a Cool Room (Between 8-12 degrees)
    • Committed to getting to work on time
    • Have a positive attitude
    • Understanding of the importance of workplace health & safety
    • Supervisor experience (high regarded)
    • Other duties as required
