As a

Logistics Coordinator, you will support the management of imports and exports of all components and finished goods for Australia, either to Bradken sites or Bradken customers. You will execute accurate and transparent freight transactions, ensuring customer-related matters and communications are processed and responded to in a timely and efficient manner to satisfy customer requirements.

You will support the coordination of import and export processes for packing, freight forwarder bookings & shipping documentation with timely follow-up on confirmations (internal to Bradken and external suppliers) and updating destination teams and manufacturing on progress.

You will be proactive in helping identify enhancements and changes in distribution processes and systems to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

You will support the completion of accurate import and export documentation, & record-keeping in accordance with external authority requirements.

You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Order Fulfilment, Manufacturing team, Sales, and Freight Manager in developing and executing standardised distribution processes.

Key Technical Criteria:

Experience working in a similar role in an industrial environment
Freight forwarding/handling experience
Understanding of import and export processes

This role will be based in Brisbane.
