    About the positions
    We have the exciting opportunity to recruit some experienced or up-and-coming civil supervisors for our trusted civil contracting client. They are a growing company, specialising in the design, construction, and rehabilitation of civil infrastructure for all levels of Government projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with TMR and Local Council experience to oversee and manage all aspects of their civil construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the onsite team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
    • Prepare reports and documentation as required by project management.

    What we are looking for

    • Experienced civil site supervisors (happy to review applications at all levels including Leading Hands)
    • Ideally, candidates with experience in roads & TMR projects or Infrastructure.
    • Must have valid drivers licence
    • Great team player that's looking for a company to grow their career with
