SITE SUPERVISOR

Our client is experiencing phenomenal growth in the insurance space, as a Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in their continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing insurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Managing and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Collaborating with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Utilising your trade background to assess construction processes, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Leading a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to drive excellence and achieve project milestones.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness on the construction site.
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the insurance industry, preferably with a trade background.
- Proven expertise in overseeing groundup builds and managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail to address projectrelated challenges.
- Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Can do attitude and wants to succeed.
