SITE SUPERVISOR

Our client is experiencing phenomenal growth in the insurance space, as a Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in their continued success.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing insurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Managing and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Collaborating with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Utilising your trade background to assess construction processes, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Leading a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to drive excellence and achieve project milestones.
Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness on the construction site.

You will have:

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the insurance industry, preferably with a trade background.
Proven expertise in overseeing groundup builds and managing construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail to address projectrelated challenges.
Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Can do attitude and wants to succeed.
