Our client is experiencing phenomenal growth in the insurance space, as a Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in their continued success.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing insurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Managing and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
  • Collaborating with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Utilising your trade background to assess construction processes, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Leading a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to drive excellence and achieve project milestones.
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness on the construction site.

You will have:

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the insurance industry, preferably with a trade background.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing groundup builds and managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail to address projectrelated challenges.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Can do attitude and wants to succeed.
