The Company

Specialist Construction company of major townhouse projects requires a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join their construction team in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Managing the end-to-end process from acquisition to sales, our client is a stable employer with a considerable forward construction schedule within Brisbane.


The Role
Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall project construction overseeing the day-to-day activities, trades and suppliers. Supported and reporting to the Operations manger.

  • Direct and supervise staff, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
  • Manage WHS and reporting
  • Assist in procurement and manage supply deliveries onsite
  • Monitor labour and materials, produce work schedules, forward planning
  • Attend Supervisor and Project Strategy meetings
  • Monitor QA and compliance
  • Monday to Friday work site

The Person

  • Trade qualified, QBCC Supervisor licence
  • Minimium 3 years Site Supervisor experience
  • White Card, Driver's Licence
  • Excellent leadership, staff management and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to understand engineering plans, technical plans, specifications and design instructions
  • Knowlegdeable of Australian Building Code, WHS, SWMS
  • Proficient in On-Site Companion, Microsoft Teams desirable
  • General computer software knowledge
  • Written and verbal communication is clear and concise
  • Organised, excellent time manangement, punctual and has integrity
