Commercial and Contract Manager - Sydney, Australia - Consultancy
Description
Commercial and Contract Manager - Associate Directors & Senior Associate Director
You will offer commercial and contractual expertise to a variety of organisations. Projects range from transport, utilities, and resources through to landmark buildings. As a senior member of our team, you will take ownership over clients and manage their day to day needs. You will be expected to lead other CCi employees, and this can often extend to managing client teams and mentoring their employees.
We find that people who have hands-on experience of delivering projects throughout their career are exactly what our clients need. At Aston, we have all made the same move you are now considering. You will enjoy the variety and challenge it brings working as a Consultant. We will develop your expertise in handling claims and give you the right exposure to move deeper into the field of dispute resolution.
Why CCi?
We have helped deliver major projects for contractors and principals across Australia, NZ and internationally. We advise insurers on some of their more complex matters in Australia and internationally. CCi offer unique expertise due to our integrated service model combining expert advice on time, cost and technical aspects of projects.
No two businesses are the same, and it is our firsthand project experience and the way we work together that makes us unique. We help each other to succeed. We are a growing business that gets behind all our people, and we find this approach helps encourage a collaborative culture that lets everyone thrive.
We empower our people. Our team say they have a strong sense of accountability, which spurs them on to succeed further. They receive timely feedback to help develop their knowledge and grow their understanding. It sounds simple, but doing the basic things well is often the hardest thing to achieve. Working together and getting the best minds around the table is what it is all about.
Our Requirements
You will have a desire for project excellence and be able to use your initiative to get the results we need for clients. You will enjoy the stakeholder management element of your role and possess the ability to engage with and influence people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
CCi is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All eligible candidates are invited to apply.
