You will be positioned within one of the key teams servicing medical and pharmaceutical clients and processing customer orders.
About the role

  • You should be ready and willing to start ASAP, as we require an immediate start.
  • Representing the customer service team these roles are administrative process orders via an inhouse logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook.
    About you
This is a high-volume fast-paced role that will require an eye for detail and ownership of tasks.

  • You will have need the below:
  • similar experience with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
  • Comfortable in a highvolume call centre
  • Undergo a Data Entry test and result with at least >98% accuracy and minimum 3040 WPM or higher
  • Experience using MS Outlook and Oracle experience would be an advantage
  • Inbound customer service experience as you will be required to support your colleagues with overflow of calls relating to orders
  • You will also be a happy person with a positive attitude towards work and able to start quickly
