About the role
Our client is a leading service provider to the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry. An opportunity has become available to join their National Credit Team in Horsley Park.
You will be joining a dynamic and motivated team in a fast paced, customer focused position.
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, some of your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Claim follow ups and claim entry's
- Managing disputes on invoices/claims
- Customer Service
- Inbound calls
- Reconciliation of key accounts
- Processing credit card payments
About you
- Have previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Intermediate Excel and exposure to ERP systems
- Prior experience working in a highvolume environment
- High attention to detail
- You are accustomed to working towards deadlines
- You are a customer focused person with good communication skills
