We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Health and Safety Advisor to enhance our Toll People labour hire operation in Perth, WA and Adelaide, SA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor our teams in key risk management activities with a supportive touch.
  • Elevate the quality of safety information submitted by sites, ensuring a secure and nurturing work environment.
  • Take the lead in monthly HSE meetings, steering our collective efforts toward driving positive safety outcomes.
  • Conduct insightful onsite risk assessments and lead any incident investigations involving the casual workforce on customer sites.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety by delivering engaging Health and Safety programs, promoting a harmonious and caring workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and/or another relevant discipline.
  • Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist and/or another relevant discipline.

Requirements:


  • Bring practical experience in an HSE role, preferably in logistics or labour hire.
  • Grasp an understanding of the business nuances and restraints in implementing HSE processes.
  • Showcase strong influencing and relationship management skills, fostering a collaborative and empathetic atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of HSE legislation and effective incident investigations ideally with ICAM methodology though not essential.
