Toll Helicopters, part of the Toll Group, operates on a global scale and are looking for experienced pilots to join the NSW.
Our highly-qualified team of pilots, aircrew, engineers and safety managers has wide experience in a diverse range of operations, under challenging conditions, including remote, maritime and mountainous locations, in all weather conditions - day or night.
As part of Toll Remote Logistics' remote operations, we provide helicopter support services in locations that are remote and challenging.
Our customers include both commercial and government organisations who need to know they can rely on our safety, professionalism, reliability and quality processes.
Our stand-alone services include emergency medical, search and rescue and overwater operations. We also provide support in remote locations to specialist Police and Defense operations using multi-engine IFR NVG aircraft.Every one of our pilots has extensive helicopter flying experience in a broad range of situations. This means that no matter where we are, we know we are providing the best and safest service possible.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure an organised and coordinated daytoday operation is achieved.
- Understand and care for the engineering teams schedule including annual leave, rosters, timecards, training and deployment activity (including travel).
- Maintain data bases, complete varied administration, provide responses to requests for engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Reasonable amount of experience in operations coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detailoriented and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
