    This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and customer-centric marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving dynamic customer marketing campaigns. We're seeking a diligent and forward-thinking individual to support our team in engaging and delighting our customer base.

    This role is responsible in supporting the Customer Marketing Manager in bringing to life a robust marketing strategy to engage the Optus' customer base. Day to day, you'll be responsible for the design, execution and reporting of campaigns, with a particular focus on ' onboarding ', 'brand', 'sponsorship' and 'engagement' to drive long term loyalty.

  • Work across creative teams and agencies to build effective creative campaigns with strong cut-through across all media channels and customer touch points.
  • Partner with analysts to identify target audiences, conduct testing, and implement campaigns with precision.
  • Lead campaign execution excellence in line with agreed timelines and budget
  • Establish, maintain and influence relationships across a broad range of team members and partners including but not limited to Campaign Delivery, Commercial, Product, Creative Agency, Brand, Design, TV & Content, Customer Value Management and the broader marketing team
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency by exploring innovative engagement strategies.

  • Proven experience in executing customer marketing campaigns, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on campaign execution excellence.
  • Have MarTech and CRM platform knowledge (Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with analysts on target audience identification, testing, and execution.
