Practice Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The practice is located at Macquarie University Hospital.

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage the overall operations of the specialty practice including the management of administrative staff.

The Practice Manager key responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise practice staff
• Implement and oversee all operational processes of the practice
• Manage and participate in daytoday administration processes and procedures
• Market and promote the medical practice and specialists through different medias
• Liaise with external departments including pathology, specialists, theatre, health funds, Medicare and DVA where appropriate
• Delegate tasks to staff based on skills, experience and work demands
• Develop strategies to improve and increase workflow
• Improve practice efficiency including the utilisation of software such as genie functionality, reviewing training and reporting
