- Adjust/elevate prompts and ChatGPT's performance through data analysis and user feedback.
- Ensure prompts align with wider team objectives and with software functionality.
- Steer users through Software with clear and engaging prompts.
- Up lift with current knowledge of Natural Language Processing
- Background in Azure and experience with Azure OpenAI.
- Senior stakeholder engagement experience
- Chatbot development or conversational interfaces experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed and engaging prompts – strong writing skills

Our client is a leader in their space that builds in automation and streamlines processes within their clients. They currently sit around 40 employees with HQ in Brisbane's CBD.
Join the AI team during a significant growth phase This is an exciting position for an individual to transform dialogue and craft prompts for our clients SaaS software, changing the way users interact with technology.
