As the Learning Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the Design, Development and Delivery of all Learning Design and Change assets, including content, learning/education sessions, Community of Practice events and ongoing support to ensure there is a consistent approach to change and training services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and support the building and maintenance of all current and new Learning Content materials and Change methodologies and outcomes.
  • Proactively work with groups and sites to identify Design, Change and Training requirements.
  • Create and lead design tools and techniques, and train the IT & Platforms team and other teams on the use and appliciation of these tools, ensuring they are fit for purpose
  • Align to and maintain all standards, processes and operating procedures within the team.
  • Embed all learning experience processes into Group IT & Platforms' Project Management Framework

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years in and/or Learning Design and/or Change analyst role.
  • 35 years SAP training content experience across all SAP ERP system modules.
  • SAP Enable Now (SEN) authoring software simulations and knowledge management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Instructional Design, Technical Writing, and contemporary Learning Methodologies including online Learning Development and Design tools.(e.g Articulate360 or Canva, Powtoon)
